"Been with this agency for a while now, and the rates are the best around. Other insurance companies want to charge more than $200 more than I pay here. If you are in a bind they will help you out and give you a grace period. Customer Service is excellent. Have not had any issues with this agency."

"I was in a situation that I had a false claim that happened well over a year ago almost 2 years but this claim was a $50,000 property damage which was revised but because the insurance companies Geico progressive etc refuse to give me the lowest coverage for Michigan for under $1,000, so for over a year I paid over $1,200 every 6 months until I spoke to Chris. Chris never questioned what I had to say he believed me right from the gate and he navigated me through to not only getting Auto insurance but also renters insurance for a whole year and still got it under $650 every 6 months for both total price he saved my home I didn't know how I was going to be able to make my rent and utility bills payments anymore with having to pay such a high premium all I can say is thank you once again you guys keep up the good work you are really helping people out here if you realize it or not!!!!!"
